Why do people use us? Most say for “Peace of Mind.”
We can usually tell a client within an hour whether or not they have completely lost their mind or there are indeed spirits in their home.
So how does it work?
Requesting the investigation
A request is made from the location owner. A case manager is then assigned.
The case manager will send via email a list of questions back to the requester. The requester fills it out, returns it to GHPS, and an appointment is made at that time.
Arrival at the site
The case manager will enter the location first, and confidentiality agreements are signed. The mediums will then enter the location, and do an initial walkthrough with the owner. It is really quite interesting to see how it all works. Notes are taken and audio is recorded to document what information they find.
Note: The mediums can have no prior knowledge of what the occupants have experienced, as it affects their ability to interpret the information that they receive.
Discussing the findings
Once the initial walkthrough is complete, the mediums and the case manager will review what was found. Locations are then chosen on which to focus. The investigative team, mediums and owner will then spend time in each area. Video, still photos and audio will be recorded, as well as physical notes. The team members will ask a series of questions, and the owner may also ask questions as well. The mediums will then focus on the answers. The team will also be equipped with highly sensitive electronic devices for energy detection.
Deciding what to do
Once all areas have been checked, we sit down with the occupants and review what we found. If the owner wishes to send the spirits on, the mediums will try to do so at that time.
Over the following weeks, all photos and audio will be examined. We will then get back to the client with any anomalous findings.

It was a very exciting ordeal having these mediums come into our home. I must say that the previous 2 paranormal groups which investigated this home only came up with fragments of words recorded on their audio equipment, nothing we or they could confirm. We now have names, and dates something we can and did confirm through our own historical investigation. Thank you.
