This park had the spirit of a woman claiming to have been attacked and possibly murdered. This is the story of how were were able to help her out of the park and move on.

We went to a park in Trumbull, CT, as a spirit had found Crystal there on a previous visit. On first arrival, we went to the location that Crystal had first heard the spirit, but she wasn’t around. I felt we should walk down this particular path, and I heard “I’m right here” at the same time as Crystal. Crystal asked the spirit if she would come out with us to the main path in the park. She agreed, and she followed us there.
Talking to the spirit
We started asking her questions, such as why she was still there. She told Crystal that she was afraid to leave the park. She had been attacked and possibly murdered, and was waiting for her attacker to return. It was unclear whether this had taken place in the park. She had difficulty remembering anything after the attack, and she could not give us any details. We asked her if she wanted to leave, and were told that she did not want to, and that she wanted revenge against her attacker. She also wanted help finding this person. We told her that we would probably not be able to do this, and told her the only way she would be able to find him with any certainty was to go into the light. She did not believe us, and told Crystal that she was ignoring any talk about the light. I told her that she could verify this with my guide, who is usually at all of our investigations. She still did not want to hear about the light. Shortly thereafter, we tried talking to her and we couldn’t, as she was busy talking with my guide. We do not know what they were talking about.
In our discussion with her in the park, I shook my head as I felt something touching the left side of it. Crystal said she could see her touching my ear. We also tried to get her to move several objects, without any success.
In talking about her getting revenge, I told her that in her current state she wouldn’t be able to. I picked up a leaf and asked her to move it, to prove a point. She then told us that she was holding the leaf.
Leaving the park
We asked her if she wanted to leave the park, and she indicated that she wanted to, but was too scared. She said though that she would try. The group then proceeded to lead her out of the park, with me still holding onto the leaf and our spirit holding onto it as well. As we started to leave the wooded area, both Crystal and I felt the anxiety and fear, and I could feel this knot in the pit of my stomach. We stopped for a few moments for the spirit to regain her composure, and continued.
Once we were out of the woods, we could feel how much happier she was. She told Crystal that she had not been out of the woods as a spirit, and was relieved to finally be free of it. I told her that she could now go wherever she wanted, but she did not know where to go, nor did she know where she was. She just kept insisting she was going with us. We all figured that she seemed harmless, and that it must have been traumatic enough to simply get out of the forest, so we let her come. I placed the leaf in the back seat of my car, and we left the park. I could feel her for most of the trip home.
Talking Board session
Crystal, Darlene and myself decided to use the talking board to get more details if possible. As usual on the board, we talked to my guide and he told us she wanted to talk to us directly. We received some names from her, which we have been unable to conclusively verify. One of my other guides also appeared (whom I had not heard from in months), and my feeling is that she is now much more peaceful and my guides are now helping her through her transition away from the park. We will check in a few weeks and see if she has left yet. But we’re just glad she is in a much better space than she was, and is no longer alone.

Evidence:
We received no conclusive hits on the KII meter. We reviewed all video, audio and photos, and were unable to find any physical evidence.
